City Pursues Developer’s Obligation

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama said will pursue developers’ obligation. Many of developers are still keeping their obligation. They must give their obligation in form of physical construction.

One of developer’s obligation to be built is Semanggi elevated road. A Japanese company, Mori Company has proposes to increase building coefficient. It means the company must give its obligation.

“If you propose to increase the building coefficient, you must pay. In fact, we can receive payment in form of properties,” he added.
